JAKARTA – The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) has officially set the schedule for the 2026 admission and selection process for Government Service Schools. Registration will be open from August 18 to August 30, 2026, via BKN’s State Civil Apparatus Candidate Selection System (SSCASN) portal.
According to BKN Announcement Number 5249/B-KS.04.01/SD/K/2026 regarding the 2026 Government Service School student admission schedule, the selection process will run until November 2026.
This year, nine ministries and agencies are opening admissions for Government Service Schools. These institutions include the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Affairs, Ministry of Law, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), State Intelligence Agency (BIN), National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), and the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). 2026 Government Service School Selection Schedule

2026 Government Service School Admission Capacity
In addition to the selection schedule, the Ministry of PANRB has determined the admission capacity for Government Service Schools in 2026. A total of 4,770 slots are available for this year’s selection process.
The Institute of Home Affairs Governance (IPDN), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has the largest admission capacity, offering 1,410 slots.
The next position is held by the State Finance Polytechnic (PKN) STAN, under the Ministry of Finance, with 1,000 slots. Based on information released via the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform’s (PANRB) official Instagram account on Friday (August 14, 2026), here are the admission quotas for the 2026 Government-Affiliated Schools:

22 government-affiliated schools under the Ministry of Transportation: 891 slots
Statistics Polytechnic (STIS): 564 slots
Immigration and Correctional Polytechnic (Poltekimipas): 375 slots
Indonesian Correctional Polytechnic (Poltekpin): 250 slots
College of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (STMKG): 130 slots
State Intelligence College (STIN): 100 slots
State Cyber and Cryptography Polytechnic (Poltek SSN): 50 slots
