BANJARMASIN — The Indonesian Cyber Media Association (SMSI) of South Kalimantan is preparing to hold a coordination meeting with SMSI branches across the province in December 2026.
The meeting will serve as a forum to strengthen organizational consolidation and evaluate the implementation of SMSI’s work programs throughout 2026.
South Kalimantan SMSI Chairman Anang Fadhilah said the meeting was needed to assess the development of the organization at the district and municipal levels, particularly the progress made toward targets and the implementation of planned programs.
“We will hold the coordination meeting to strengthen organizational consolidation, as well as to evaluate our performance over the past year,” Anang said at the South Kalimantan SMSI Secretariat on Sultan Adam Street, Banjarmasin, on Sunday (Sept. 14, 2026).
He said the evaluation would cover not only the provincial leadership but also SMSI branches in districts and municipalities.
Each regional branch is expected to formally report its achievements through a Performance Report, or Laporan Hasil Kinerja (LHK), along with its 2026 work program.
“They must submit an official report through the LHK, including their 2026 work program,” he said.
Anang explained that the LHK would serve as an important instrument for assessing how far each SMSI branch had implemented the programs it had planned.
The reports will provide the provincial leadership with a clearer picture of organizational developments across the province, including completed programs, targets that have been achieved and agendas that still need to be completed.
Anang urged district and municipal SMSI branches to use the remaining time before the coordination meeting to pursue their program targets and improve their administrative preparations.
With around three months remaining, he said the branches still had sufficient time to complete their programs and organize their performance reports.
